Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable architectures for AI agents using LangGraph and A2A protocols
Build and maintain evaluation pipelines to benchmark agent quality, behavior, and performance
Fine-tune system prompts and agent configurations for task-specific workflows
Ensure scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance of AI systems in production
Manage deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Implement logging, monitoring, and feedback loops to continuously improve agent performance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience deploying and scaling AI agents in production
Strong hands-on expertise with LangGraph and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication
Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, prompt iteration, and benchmarking
Solid Python programming skills
Experience with modern LLM/ML frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, etc.)
Strong background in Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-based infrastructure
Preferred
Experience with Kubernetes-based orchestration
Exposure to performance tuning and monitoring of LLM systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
