Full Stack Engineer
Generational Partners is an early-stage company focused on making nuclear power deployable at scale. They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to architect, build, and ship production-grade software for nuclear operators, working closely with domain experts and AI engineers.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship user-facing product features end-to-end
Translate complex regulatory and engineering workflows into intuitive UI/UX
Own backend systems, including APIs, databases, authentication, and performance
Set early standards for code quality, testing, design systems, and developer velocity
Debug and resolve production issues in customer-facing systems
Collaborate closely with nuclear subject-matter experts and AI engineers
Balance speed and craft, making explicit technical tradeoffs when necessary
Review PRs and mentor future engineers as the team scales
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of experience building production web applications
Strong frontend experience with TypeScript and React
Solid backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, auth, system design)
Proven ability to own features from concept to production
Product-oriented mindset focused on real user outcomes
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
High ownership, low ego, and strong execution bias
Experience in technical SaaS or regulated industries
Strong design intuition or experience working in Figma
Prior work in early-stage or high-ownership environments
