Senior LevelPlaybook Sports is building the operating system for sports businesses, and they are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. This role involves tackling high-leverage problems across the company and gaining exposure to building a startup from the inside.

Work directly with the CEO on strategy and execution
Turn half-formed ideas into shipped outcomes
Own cross-functional projects with real business impact
Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them
Build internal processes, systems, and operating rhythm
Support product discovery, customer research, and delivery
Help scale the company without adding unnecessary complexity
Qualification
Required
Hustle, judgment, and rate of learning
Desire to be a founder someday
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast without instructions
Ownership mentality and dislike for loose ends
Willingness to figure things out rather than ask for permission
Experience working directly with the CEO on strategy and execution
Ability to turn half-formed ideas into shipped outcomes
Capability to own cross-functional projects with real business impact
Skill in identifying bottlenecks and eliminating them
Experience in building internal processes, systems, and operating rhythm
Support for product discovery, customer research, and delivery
