Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to identify new Open Banking product opportunities through user research, market analysis, and customer feedback
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of Open Banking features and use cases (e.g., Payments, data aggregation)
Collect and analyze user research, journey mapping, and market trends to inform the strategic product roadmap
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and other product teams to deliver high-quality Open Banking solutions
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and enhancements
Consider upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
Experience leveraging user research and data analytics to inform product decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clear requirements and user stories
Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
Developing knowledge of data analytics, APIs, and data literacy
Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a fast-paced, innovative team
Preferred
Experience within Financial Services or Technology preferred
Experience with Open Banking products, APIs, or regulated financial products
