Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager (APM) supports the New Product Development function by coordinating projects, managing timelines, and serving as a key liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure product initiatives are executed efficiently and in alignment with various requirements.

Responsibilities
Support the New Product Development department through coordination of product sampling, surveys, and special projects
Prepare reports, market analyses, charts, and presentations to support product and business decisions
Serve as a liaison between Product Management, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams
Communicate with customers, legal advisors, corporate leaders, and international partners as needed
Document meeting minutes, project updates, and key decisions
Maintain confidential files, records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies
Monitor departmental budgets and spending; request payments and process checks as necessary
Distribute reports, memos, and correspondence to appropriate stakeholders
Utilize internal databases to compile marketing, sales, and product data
Prepare and submit required reports, documents, and records per company and departmental standards
Lead, document, and manage complex projects under the guidance of a Product Manager or independently
Collaborate with product teams to understand project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Track project timelines and milestones to ensure efficient, on-time delivery
Identify risks, issues, and scope changes and proactively address potential impacts
Communicate project status regularly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
Gather development and design requirements and manage scope through change control, phased delivery, or prioritization
Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely execution of project work
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently
Strong sense of urgency with consistent follow-through
Experience using a content management system (CMS)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
2–3 years of experience in project management or a related role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
