Responsibilities
Partner with key client decision-makers to develop meaningful, long-term relationships
Apply industry and market knowledge to offer forward-thinking recommendations
Engage across all levels of client organizations to ensure alignment and influence outcomes
Share timely insights on market trends to help clients stay ahead
Use financial and underwriting expertise to guide cost management and highlight the value of Cigna solutions
Drive growth, earnings, and retention by expanding relationships and managing renewals
Collaborate with underwriting and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated, strategic solutions
Oversee and support client service needs by connecting requests with the right internal teams
Strengthen relationships with distribution partners and ensure alignment on client strategies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in health benefits, account management, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Financial acumen and familiarity with underwriting principles
Experience managing complex client accounts
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations
Demonstrated success growing a book of business and driving client outcomes
