Qualification
Required
Virginia-licensed attorney
Experience in estate planning
Experience in revocable trust preparation and trust funding
Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with clients and potential clients
Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures
Strong attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar
Ability to multitask and to be flexible
Preferred
Experience in taxable estates
Experience in special needs trusts
Experience in MAPTs
DC and/or Maryland licenses
