Responsibilities
Assist with building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and tables within the data warehouse
Create and update Tableau dashboards to support business users with actionable insights
Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs as requested by stakeholders
Perform QA checks on data and visualizations to ensure accuracy and consistency
Document data processes, logic, and business rules for knowledge sharing and governance
Support the transformation of datasets used in Digital & eCommerce reporting and analyses
Help develop scalable and automated processes for data ingestion and validation
Partner with analysts and engineers to diagnose data issues and improve data quality
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
Junior or Senior Standing
Availability to work in a long-term co-op (9-12+ months)
Availability to work 25-40 hours per week
Introductory experience with SQL (coursework or personal projects acceptable)
Familiarity with at least one visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
Prior experience building dashboards for academic or professional work
Understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, or basic analytics workflows
Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
Experience with Python or another scripting language
