Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth: Cultivate new business through trade shows, prospecting, and strategic partnerships with dealers, integrators, and distributors
Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling sales presentations, uncover customer needs, and position our solutions to solve real-world challenges
Channel Development: Strengthen relationships across direct and indirect sales channels to maximize market reach
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new vertical markets, and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for emerging opportunities
Training & Enablement: Educate partners on product strategies, market trends, and sales techniques to boost performance
Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying market insights and technical needs to internal teams to enhance product offerings
Technical Collaboration: Partner with support teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security/technical sales and management
Proven success in B2B sales, with strong presentation and communication skills
Deep understanding of security technologies, including cloud-hosted and on-premises surveillance and access control solutions
Experience selling SaaS and navigating complex sales cycles
Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) and work on classified projects requiring clearance
Comfortable handling confidential information and engaging with high-level stakeholders
