They are seeking a versatile Software Engineer to be a foundational member of their engineering team, responsible for shaping product architecture, infrastructure decisions, and customer success strategies.
Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end software solutions for automation and integration challenges
Build robust integrations with existing enterprise software platforms
Develop intuitive interfaces that make complex automation accessible to all users
Lead full project lifecycles from initial requirements through production deployment
Architect and implement license management systems for multi-tenant SaaS deployment
Design scalable backend infrastructure to support customer deployments
Manage and optimize server resources across customer instances
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production environments
Ensure high availability and performance of customer-facing services
Integration through full optimization of client data
Develop comprehensive testing strategies for new features and systems
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment
Conduct load testing and performance optimization
Support customer implementations and troubleshoot production issues
Document systems architecture and deployment procedures
Qualification
Required
Previous professional software development experience
Backend infrastructure expertise
Server administration (Linux/Windows)
Database management and optimization
License management and entitlement systems
Multi-tenant architecture design
Frontend Development experience including: Implementing UX,UI Design Templates
Building basic splash pages and inbounding systems for leads
Building embedded tools within existing software platform
In-software development proficiency
Experience with platform-specific languages (e.g., C# with RhinoCommon, or similar embedded development environments)
C# expertise for Windows task automation and scripting within software
API integration experience, particularly with Dynamo and Revit platforms or similar
Strong communication skills with proven ability to work with non-technical users
Systems integration experience in enterprise environments
Preferred
Experience with license management platforms (FlexLM, Reprise, or similar solutions)
Knowledge of compliance and security best practices
Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or manufacturing industries
Previous startup or small team experience
