Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of learning facilitators and people leaders to deliver engaging and high-impact learning experiences across the company
Accountable for the quality and effectiveness of learning facilitation across the enterprise
Provide strategic leadership and creative vision for the function, developing and influencing the learning delivery strategy
Establish and monitor key learning performance metrics to measure and enhance business impact
Use data to drive continuous improvement in facilitation quality
Define a strategic direction for how a global organization delivers learning experiences
Anticipate future learning needs by staying current with trends and research
Connect with stakeholder partners to understand and align strategic priorities
Deliver high quality, transformational learning experiences in an efficient and well managed way at scale
Craft data-supported stories about complex issues and tailor messages to suit diverse audiences
Influence leaders and partners to ensure the effective adoption of learning initiatives
Manage ambiguity, lead through change, and deliver in a matrixed environment
Proactively share recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging needs and gaps based on data insights

Required

Exceptional leadership and management of a team of learning facilitators and people leaders
Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for learning delivery
Strong partnership with senior leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
The ability to adjust delivery seamlessly based on learner engagement and needs, ensuring a balance between interactive and instructional techniques
Demonstrated history of defining and implementing robust evaluation models and data analytics to measure the impact of all learning products
Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change, and deliver in a matrixed environment
Proactively share recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging needs and gaps based on data insights
High level of initiative, ownership, and a customer-centric mindset
Ability and willingness to travel domestically (~30% of the time)
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience in learning facilitation
At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management or a combination (planning, executing, tracking, reporting)
At least 5 years of experience with client consulting
At least 3 years of experience in people leadership with 3 or more direct reports

Preferred

Advanced degree in Communications, Learning and Development, or Organizational Design/Effectiveness
At least 8 years of experience in learning facilitation
At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management or a combination (planning, executing, tracking, reporting)
At least 8 years of experience with client consulting
At least 5 years of experience in people leadership including as a leader of leaders
Certification in a recognized team or personality assessment (e.g. CliftonStrengths, MBTI, Hogan, etc.)
