Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Partner with clients to improve performance and business outcomes using the Salesforce platform
Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending new Salesforce features and enhancements while proactively addressing technical and functional objections
Discovery & Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and manage implementation backlogs
Solution Design: Document workflows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements. Support "build vs. buy" decisions for third-party applications and integrations
Delivery Excellence: Design and deliver solutions including customizations, automation, and integrations. Collaborate closely with delivery teams to configure, test, and deploy
Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements; document issues and work with teams to resolve them
Project Leadership: Manage time effectively across multiple client projects and lead high-impact solution demonstrations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering and solution design
Strong hands-on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations
Deep understanding of Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation
Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client-facing environment
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Non Profit Cloud
Exposure to quoting, pricing, or order-to-cash processes
Experience working within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer Business Services (CBS) sectors
Familiarity with document generation or e-signature tools (e.g., Conga, Nintex, DocuSign)
