IT Support Technician - Level 2 (Temp)
Nesco Resource is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a busy onsite environment and play a hands-on role supporting day-to-day technology operations. The role involves providing frontline technical support, troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues, and assisting with system updates and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Provide frontline technical support to onsite and remote users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues across desktops, laptops, and servers
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, applications, and peripherals
Respond to and document helpdesk requests, tracking issues through resolution
Support new hire onboarding including device setup, access provisioning, and basic training
Communicate clearly with users on issue status, timelines, outages, and updates
Assist with system updates, upgrades, and general IT maintenance
Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with other IT resources
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting Windows environments (Windows 11)
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues
Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to Windows Server, Remote Desktop, and Hyper-V
Prior experience in an onsite or corporate helpdesk/support role
