First point of contact for all guests and visitor, providing white glove client service
Order and maintain kitchen and office supplies
Manage conference room bookings and set up as needed, including catering and A/V
Answer multi-line phone system
Prepare expense reports
Coordinate with building on any office needs
Administrative work to support office
Qualification
Required
5+ years of office experience
College degree required
Excellent client service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite
True team player who is attentive, detail oriented, and enjoys ensuring the office runs smoothly
