Research Manager

Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored research approaches
Oversee fieldwork from start to finish—managing suppliers, timelines, incentives, and quality control
Analyze survey results and craft reports that highlight key insights and next steps
Present findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
Ensure client satisfaction while maintaining YouGov’s high standards of ethics and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Experience delivering insights from survey research projects
Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into meaningful stories
Proven track record of managing deadlines and juggling multiple priorities
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to present findings to clients clearly and confidently
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience managing external research suppliers and fieldwork logistics
Familiarity with research methodologies and sampling/weighting techniques
Comfort working with clients in the tech or digital industries
Prior experience using tools for survey analysis and report creation
