Responsibilities
Job shadow commercial insurance professionals and participate in day-to-day operations
Contribute to client account management, policy analysis, and risk assessment activities
Learn about commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry best practices
Assist in development of client solutions and participate in account management improvements
Support market research and financial modeling projects
Learn to gather and analyze key business metrics and client data
Complete weekly assignments focused on insurance operations, risk management, and client account management
Complete a group "capstone" project with fellow interns
Other duties as assigned
Participate in structured, week-by-week curriculum including professional development workshops
Shadow commercial insurance professionals and assist with client account activities
Support policy analysis, financial modeling, market research, and client solutions projects
Communicate with stakeholders and team members on client-related initiatives
Contribute to weekly reporting and group discussions
Attend mentorship sessions and networking events with industry leaders
Participate in field trips, volunteer activities, and social events
Qualification
Required
College students with a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation
A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
Must have a basic understanding of information security principles, network protocols, and security technologies
Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Some college (no degree)
