Support PI planning, sprint readiness, and story acceptance
Clearly articulate solutions to technical teams and leadership
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
5+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst
Agile/Scrum experience; Jira proficiency preferred
Tech stack exposure: Oracle, PL/SQL, Java, React, Angular
Preferred
Healthcare domain experience (plus, not mandatory)
SQL/data tools exposure (SQL Developer, Toad, etc.)
Familiarity with UI design, data flows, APIs (JSON/XML)
