Alpha is seeking a Member of Technical Staff who will play a critical role in shaping how developers discover, understand, and adopt their platform. This hands-on role requires a strong technical instinct to drive developer adoption through product work and technical execution.

Responsibilities

Drive developer adoption through hands-on product work and technical execution

Build demos, integrations, and example applications that showcase real-world use cases

Create and maintain high-quality documentation, guides, and onboarding flows

Produce technical content (blogs, videos, talks) for the developer community

Support partnerships and integrations with external tools and platforms

Engage directly with developers through events, social channels, and feedback loops

Identify friction in the product experience and fix it—by coding, writing, or redesigning

Operate autonomously and scale impact without relying on large teams or process

Qualification

Required

Strong technical background with experience building and shipping software

Product-minded engineer or technically fluent product leader

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage, fast-moving environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences

High ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize impact over perfection

Preferred

Experience working with or supporting developer communities is a strong plus
