Responsibilities
Engineering Analysis and Design: Conduct engineering analysis and design as per industry practices
Project Development: Produce project drawings, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Communication: Engage in proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
Data Analysis and Reporting: Undertake data analysis and prepare engineering reports
Client Retention and Growth: Contribute to client retention and the growth of customer base
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Civil Engineering, majoring in Structural Engineering
Must have computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit, RISA3D, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage one's time for timely project completion, being self-motivated
Able to manage draftsmen and coordinate with the design team
Ability to clearly communicate with others in speech and writing
Ability to manage time and prioritize project workload with minimal supervision
Ability to work well in teams, self-starter, pleasant, helpful, and optimistic
Preferred
Masters in Structural Engineering
Arkansas Professional Engineers license and/or Structural Engineer license
Structural Engineering with industrial project experience
Preferred home base within 75 miles of Van Buren, Arkansas
