IT Technician Level II

Responsibilities
Provide responsive technical support through the service desk, resolving issues related to workstations, servers, networking, and cloud services
Prioritize support requests according to severity, time-sensitivity, and impact. Be able to escalate issues to a higher-level tech or supervisor as needed
Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, including hardware issues, operating systems, and common business applications
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment including firewalls, managed switches, and Wi-Fi access points
Monitor and manage client systems using RMM tools, including patching, alert remediation, automation, and routine maintenance
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, antivirus, VPN access, disk encryption, email security systems, password managers, security awareness training platforms, backup & disaster recovery, and MFA tools
Provide onsite support and services as needed, especially when it comes to troubleshooting hardware, network issues, installing/upgrading hardware
Windows Server administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, and DNS
Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, including user onboarding/offboarding, email troubleshooting, and security-related settings
Maintain accurate documentation for client environments, configurations, and internal procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and internal team members
Qualification
Required
Job Experience in the IT Field: 2+ Years
Job Experience in Customer Service: 2+ Years
Expertise in Windows 11 and macOS
Expertise in iOS and Android
Microsoft 365 Administration
Google Workspace Administration
Knowledge in Windows Server 2019/2022/2025
Active Directory, DNS, & Firewall Experience
Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to clients' offices as needed
Ability to Lift 25-50 lbs as needed
Preferred
Degree in related field or relevant technical certificate(s)
