Responsibilities
Own all email marketing and SMS channel strategy across 20+ brands and 3M+ contacts, including the prioritization, execution, and monitoring of performance
Manage a team of CRM Specialists and Analysts to configure, schedule, project manage, and test multiple campaigns and journeys on a weekly/monthly basis
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Integrated Marketing teams to prioritize communications from conception, brand approval and federal filing, to reporting results
Serve as Subject Matter Expert and voice of the consumer, navigating the needs of the customer through personalization and segmentation while staying up to date on industry changes (e.g. iOS privacy), competitor/market activity, and federal & carrier regulations
Establish standard operating procedures on deliverability, testing & QA, and approvals to ensure operational efficiency
Work with Business and Marketing leadership to innovate new tactics, e.g. cross-sell campaigns and automations, to drive breakthrough growth for the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years' experience managing email & lifecycle marketing campaigns with proven track record of performance
1+ years' experience managing direct reports and/or external vendors
