Responsibilities
Develop and execute a product strategy for the home vertical that solves key member problems but also aligns with Credit Karma’s mission and business objectives
Lead the entire product lifecycle for home products, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to create and launch innovative home products and features
Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for new home products and enhancements to existing offerings
Define and prioritize the home product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and engagement
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge
Qualification
Required
4+ years of consumer-focused Product Management experience; home and/or fintech experience a plus
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital consumer products
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of user experience principles and product design, specifically for home products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for financial technology and empowering individuals to improve their financial health through innovative home solutions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
