Dispatch Coordinator
Kwik Trip, Inc. is a company that maintains around 900 retail store locations across its network. They are seeking a Retail Service Dispatch Coordinator 2 to support Retail Facilities Managers in managing case work, handling maintenance, and coordinating with service technicians and vendors.

Responsibilities
Keep store-specific information updated on Service Now as the primary work software
Handle inbound calls and correspondence with service vendors and technicians
Process and manage work orders using Maximo software
Assist vendors, stores, and technicians in using Service Channel effectively
Maintain Preventive Maintenance plans and service routes
Evaluate vendor estimates and proposals with a keen business sense
Collaborate across departments to execute large-scale projects
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
Retail or customer service experience preferred
