Responsibilities
Ensure Firm compliance with regulations governing the handling of Client Complaints
Responsible for investigation, research, and resolution of a large volume of assigned cases in a formal written format to communicate the firm's decision to the client
Responsible for various operational responsibilities within Client Relations, including Settlement processing, Privacy Out processing, and incoming telephone calls
Other projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis
Qualification
Required
Experience in writing and editing
Ability to handle Client Complaints and ensure compliance with regulations
Strong investigation and research skills
Ability to communicate decisions in a formal written format
Experience in operational responsibilities within Client Relations
Ability to process settlements and handle privacy-related tasks
Experience in managing a large volume of assigned cases
