Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve outbound email as a core growth channel, responsible for execution, iteration, and scaling of campaigns that directly drive revenue
Own all lead management leveraging Besty’s proprietary lead generation process. Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, segmentation, and movement of leads through the funnel
Schedule, launch, monitor, and optimize outbound email campaigns. Manage lead recycling, follow-ups, sequencing logic, and inbox performance to maximize reply and conversion rates
Maintain clean, structured systems for leads, campaigns, and results using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI-powered tools. Ensure data accuracy and repeatability across all outbound efforts
Track performance metrics across campaigns, identify patterns, and apply insights to improve open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings. Know when to double down or stop specific approaches based on results
Effectively leverage spreadsheets and modern AI tools (e.g., Genspark, Clay, Gemini’s Excel model, and similar) to increase speed, accuracy, and output across lead generation workflows
Work closely with sales and growth teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on targeting, messaging, and priorities
Step in to own ad-hoc growth and lead generation initiatives as needed, operating with a “whatever’s needed” mindset to support company growth

Required

Demonstrable experience running outbound email or lead generation workflows, ideally in a revenue-driving role
A proven ability to learn extremely quickly and operate independently with minimal oversight
Strong competency in Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort using AI-powered spreadsheet and productivity tools
Experience managing, recycling, and organizing large lead lists with precision and consistency
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliable follow-through on daily execution
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and adjust tactics accordingly
Clear written communication skills, particularly in outbound messaging contexts
Willingness and ability to work in person only; this role is not remote
