Strategic Accounts Associate

Responsibilities
Account Support: Oversee day-to-day support within marketplaces, drop ship accounts, off-price/value retailers, franchisees, and e-commerce/pure-play accounts to ensure smooth operations, accurate product representation, and timely communication with partners
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, account activity, and key KPIs; prepare regular reports and updates for leadership and internal stakeholders
Platform & Listing Management: Collaborate with buying teams to plan assortments and seasonal buys, while maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, and content across marketplaces, drop ship platforms, and digital wholesale channels
Digital Account & Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations for all digital wholesale accounts, including updating product assets, improving detail pages, maintaining brand standards, and optimizing content for SEO and user engagement
Off-Price/Value Account Support: Work closely with internal teams to manage off-price and value retail accounts, including preparing offers, participating in the negotiation process, and ensuring that all sales comply with brand guidelines and pricing policies
Market & Account Insights: Collect feedback from accounts and agents regarding sales performance, product trends, and market conditions; communicate findings to leadership and cross functional teams
Platform Learning & Onboarding: Proactive in learning new marketplaces and external account systems, taking ownership of onboarding processes and ensuring seamless setup and adoption across assigned accounts
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, operations, marketing, and global teams to ensure account alignment and execution of initiatives
Brand Compliance: Ensure all assigned accounts and agent-managed sales adhere to brand guidelines, visual standards, and positioning requirements
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in account management, wholesale support, e-commerce operations, or related roles within fashion, apparel, or consumer goods
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
Comfort with digital platforms and systems for order management, inventory tracking, and sales reporting
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for account visits, trade shows, or key events
Preferred
Familiarity with marketplaces, drop ship programs, off-price/value retail, franchise accounts, or pure-play e-commerce platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
