Responsibilities

Develop, lead and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications, and training
Develop, lead and execute Organizational Design (OD) efforts that are anchored to strategy
Ensure alignment across business units and functions for smooth adoption of change for transformation efforts
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for change and transformation programs
Use analytics to measure effectiveness and validate outcomes of transformation efforts
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess people’s impacts and create integrated support plans
Lead portfolio planning and management of change and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into business operations and capacity management
Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Lead dynamically deployed resources across workstreams (change management, organizational development, project management)
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change and organizational design and capability building
Introduce innovative approaches to embed new behaviors and processes
Champion agility and operational excellence in transformation efforts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on meaningful outcomes
Improve change capability across the organization to increase speed and impact of change, leaders lead change effectively

Required

10+ years as a subject matter expert, deep expertise and demonstrated experience in organizational change management
5+ years as a subject matter expert, deep expertise and demonstrated experience in organizational design
Proven experience in key OCM and OD methodologies
Bachelor's degree in business, majoring in HR, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
Organizational Change Management (OCM): Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications, and training, to drive sustained adoption of change
Organizational Design (OD): Deep expertise in organizational design aligned to business strategy, including operating models, role clarity, governance, and workforce alignment
Enterprise Transformation Leadership: Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring alignment and smooth adoption
Stakeholder & Executive Influence: Strong capability to partner with and advise senior leaders, influencing decisions and building alignment in matrixed environments
Change Risk & Readiness Management: Demonstrated ability to identify change risks, resistance points, and capacity constraints, and to develop effective mitigation strategies
Analytics & Outcome Measurement: Ability to leverage data and analytics to assess change effectiveness, measure adoption, and validate transformation outcomes
Portfolio & Capacity Management: Experience managing a portfolio of change and transformation initiatives, balancing priorities and organizational capacity to minimize disruption
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to assess people impacts and deliver integrated support plans
Program & Resource Leadership: Ability to lead dynamically deployed resources across change management, organizational development, and project management workstreams
Innovation & Agility: Demonstrated success introducing innovative approaches to embed new behaviors and processes, with a strong agile mindset
Operational Excellence: Focus on delivering transformation initiatives efficiently and effectively, with an emphasis on meaningful, measurable outcomes
Change Capability Building: Proven ability to strengthen enterprise change capability and enable leaders to lead change with greater speed, consistency, and impact
