Responsibilities
Develop and execute a full sales and marketing strategy for our subscription-based education platform
Build high-converting sales funnels, lead-nurture systems, and automated marketing workflows
Collaborate with leadership to design detailed financial models, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts
Oversee customer acquisition campaigns, social media outreach, and strategic partnerships
Lead SEO/SEM, content marketing, and performance analytics for scalable growth
Manage and optimize B2B and B2C sales processes within a SaaS framework
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in SaaS sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in video-based or online education
Strong understanding of sales funnel architecture, lifecycle marketing, and CRM automation tools
Demonstrated success in building subscription or recurring-revenue models
Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, etc.)
Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or early-stage product development is a plus
