Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales
Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers
Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules
Prepares reports of business transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent
1 to 2 years related industry experience and/or training
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone
Proficient in MS Office
