Responsibilities
Network Engineer with expertise in Meraki, Viptela and FortiGate firewall
Strong technical discovery, solution design, and documentation skills
Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and standards including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, SDN and SD_WAN
Strong understanding of network security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements including Firewall, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption
Strong understanding on Meraki network design, template & configuration binding
Manage and optimize Meraki MX, MS, and MR networks using Meraki Dashboard
Fortinet, Cisco and/or Aruba certifications ( CCNA, CCNP,CCIE, SDWAN, ACSDP, 300-415 ENSDWI,NSE)
Cisco Networking Hardware: Routers, Swicthes, Firewalls, (Catalyst, 6509-E, Nexus, etc.)
Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls including policy-based routing, static and dynamic routing and redistribution
Experience with network analysis and operational monitoring\alerting tools (wireshark, Solarwinds, etc.)
Ability to productively work under minimal supervision
