Responsibilities
Support the training and implementation of a Child Welfare Information System (CWIS) through functionality analysis, development of classroom facilitator-led training solutions, and creation of eLearning courses
Collaborate with training leads, business/Agile teams, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver engaging training materials for child welfare program administrators
Facilitate in-person, virtual, and webinar sessions tailored to adult learners at all organizational levels
Maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates/scripts and ensure high-quality, interactive content delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners
3+ years understanding of social services programs at county, regional, or state levels
3+ years of business analysis experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, LMS technologies (e.g., Moodle, XML, HTML), and computer-based training (CBT) design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio, or equivalent tools
Proven experience leading in-person, virtual, and webinar training sessions
Strong skills in interactive content creation, learner evaluation, and classroom training facilitation processes
Preferred
2+ years of knowledge in child welfare or Medicaid-related systems
Experience providing software/hardware support and working with web technologies
Exceptional clear communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
