Responsibilities
Bring Cleo’s unique brand and personality to life across performance marketing touchpoints
Partner with design and creative leadership to concept and execute campaigns that ladder up to performance goals and amplify brand initiatives
Work with design partners to deliver growth assets with volume and efficiency — while still keeping the process fun and creative
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, engaging stories
Champion our tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all content while continuing to evolve how we sound as Cleo grows
Contribute to creative brainstorms, share ideas proactively, and bring humor and humanity to every project
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience writing for a fast-growing B2C tech company or creative agency
A diverse portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and exceptional writing across multiple formats, with an emphasis on performance and growth marketing
Based in the US, with flexibility to work across timezones
A practical dreamer — someone who can connect creativity with strategy and turn ideas into results
A flexible collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
An excellent communicator who can simplify complexity, work with ambiguity, and pivot when needed
Someone who's equal parts strategic thinker and craft-obsessed writer — with a sense of humor and zero ego
