NEOGOV is seeking a dependable and motivated Digital Content Specialist to join the Michigan State Lottery team. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing digital content across the Lottery's digital channels, ensuring content accuracy and compliance while supporting digital personalization efforts.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and optimizing digital content across the Michigan Lottery’s owned digital channels, including the primary website, mobile applications, and the Retailer Wizard portal
Ensuring that all CMS-based content is accurate, compliant, and visually consistent
Supporting digital personalization efforts through Bloomreach
Acting as a bridge between Advertising and Promotions, Product Development and technical teams
Executing content updates, scheduling campaigns, and assisting in the setup of personalized or targeted user experiences
Acting as a liaison between the website/app vendor and the Lottery
Reviewing and budgeting development hours and sprints

Required

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level

Preferred

Experience managing digital content across websites, mobile applications and/or portals
Experience managing digital content within the lottery, gaming, or other regulated entertainment industries
Experience and knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Experience creating personalized digital experiences and/or using dynamic content to enhance the user experience
