Sales Manager
Morningstar Software is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to own and grow their sales efforts. This role is responsible for closing deals, improving sales processes, and helping shape the evolution of the sales organization.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Sell to coworking and flexible workspace operators
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and CRM
Improve sales messaging, demos, and objection handling
Provide direct market feedback to leadership and product
Help build future sales roles and processes
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Proven ability to close deals independently
Strong discovery, demo, and follow-up skills
Comfortable selling to founders and operators
