Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and delivery of automation solutions using UIPath, Azure Cloud, AI, Box, and Power Automate
Administer the Commonwealth’s Adobe Management Platform, including Adobe Sign
Act as SME for platform services, agency onboarding, and solution implementation
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and admins
Participate in leadership meetings and present solutions in person
Coordinate Communities of Practice and conduct agency outreach
Oversee full automation lifecycle (requirements → deployment → maintenance)
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of cloud automation solutions
Maintain technical documentation and troubleshoot platform issues
Identify continuous improvement opportunities across services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role
Strong expertise in GitHub, Azure Cloud / Entra, UIPath, Box, Active Directory, ServiceNow
Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Management Portal & Adobe Sign
Strong RPA background (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
Agile/Scrum experience
Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
Experience with Microsoft Entra Identity Management
