Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, social media, company websites, and industry events
Utilize tools and platforms to gather relevant contact information of decision-makers within target companies
Initiate outbound communications via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish a connection with potential leads
Craft compelling and personalized messaging to create interest and capture the prospect's attention
Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect's business challenges, needs, and pain points
Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to assess their fit for the company's products or services
Maintain regular follow-up with qualified leads who are not yet ready to make a purchasing decision
Educate leads about the value and benefits of the company's offerings, addressing their concerns and objections
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects over phone, email, and other channels

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), desired but not required
