Responsibilities

Drives Business deployment in the focus market for D&T, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs
Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and AI product deployment
Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines
Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes
Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
Manages requirements and validation including: local data, systems integration, cross-product integration
Accountable for business sign-off and validation
Supports focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU-specific priorities
Front line issue management across D&T products landing in the country

Required

Deploys and supports Digital & Technology (D&T) products into NA market, as prioritised by BG-BU CDIOs
Lands D&T enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness
Drives Business deployment in the focus market for D&T, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs
Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and AI product deployment
Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines
Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes
Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
