Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads, scheduling meetings, and managing the outbound leads process to support the sales team.

Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through inbound efforts, with a focus on proactive follow-up with interested prospects
Generate new sales leads through outbound phone and email prospecting and in close alignment with the sales team
Schedule meetings and solution demos for the Account Executives
Manage outbound leads process to maximize conversion and pipeline development
Understand Mirantis’s offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to the needs of a prospect
Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce: The #1 AI CRM
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of prior sales development, business development, prospecting or sourcing experience
Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value
A strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process
Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in technology solutions, cloud, and Saas
Experience with tools such as SFDC, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, 6sense etc
