StretchSense is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager / Channel Manager to drive new revenue growth across the United States. This role focuses on building and managing reseller relationships while directly supporting sales cycles through joint prospecting and presentations.

Responsibilities

Build, onboard, and actively manage a network of reseller and channel partners across the US
Proactively support partners with joint sales planning, pipeline development, and deal execution
Deliver partner enablement, including product training, sales messaging, and go-to-market support
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams
Drive partner accountability against agreed revenue targets and performance metrics
Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities in collaboration with channel partners
Engage directly with key prospects to present and demonstrate solutions, both independently and alongside partners
Support complex sales cycles from initial discovery through close, including multi-stakeholder engagements
Build and maintain a robust pipeline across multiple verticals, including: Education, Manufacturing, Law Enforcement / Police, Defence, Enterprise / Commercial
Execute a national territory plan aligned with company growth objectives
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings
Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to internal teams to inform product and GTM strategy
Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to align channel and direct sales efforts
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within CRM systems
Contribute to the continuous improvement of channel programs, tools, and processes

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel management
Proven success selling through reseller or partner-led models
Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Comfortable selling across diverse industries, including regulated or enterprise environments
Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50–80% nationwide)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate autonomously in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience selling technology, hardware-enabled software, SaaS, or XR / immersive solutions
Background working with education, public sector, or enterprise customers
Familiarity with channel incentive structures, deal registration, and partner programs
