Responsibilities
Follow up via phone and email with vendors on open purchase orders and discrepancies on incoming shipment receipts
Monitor changes with vendors and request updated lead times affecting internal supply and demand
Process inventory receipts, reports and update tracking and order information
Coordinate and follow up on drop ship customer parts orders
Schedule and track incoming logistics/freight shipments for assigned vendors
Issue and track employee tool issuance and inventory
Conduct weekly scheduled inventory cycle counts
Research and solve low inventory concerns communicated by the production team
Collaborate and cross train with other inventory team members
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in inventory and vendor relations
Excellent attention to detail skills with ability to multi-task
Ability to manage and meet deadlines
Organizational skills and accurate record keeping
Able to communicate proficiently
Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive and QuickBooks
3+ years of prior experience in Shipping & Receiving, Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Preferred
Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) a plus
