Business Development Manager (Aviation)
Magnify is a leading staffing company focused on technology, healthcare, sales & marketing, and office support. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to secure government contracts and manage existing contracts while building strong business relationships in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities
Performing market research and collaboration with partner organizations to identify potential areas of opportunity
Consistent outreach to potential, new, and existing clientele to arrange meetings designed to better understand clients’ needs
Attending meetings with, and presenting to, new and/or existing clientele
Maintaining existing relationships to ensure continued business opportunities
Work to develop new sales areas and markets
Tracking, analysis, and reporting on sales performance
Negotiating terms for contracts
Continued evaluation of current market, marketing tools, and market trends to maintain relevancy and brand recognition
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working with government contracts
Previous aviation industry experience required
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally at the Senior, Director, etc. level
Strong presentation skills, communication skills, and an ability to quickly establish strong business relationships
Critical thinking, and analytical skills
Flexibility and willingness to take initiative, going above and beyond when necessary to meet client needs
Preferred
Government contract: 1 year
Willingness to travel: 50%
