Kraft Mobile Systems is seeking an Application Engineering Technician specializing in Electromechanical systems. This role involves working within the applications engineering department to support mobile equipment's electronic controls and electrical mechanical power transmission systems, including assembly, testing, and customer support.

Responsibilities

Wire harness assembly and creation of detailed assembly documentation

Electrical panel assembly and creation of detailed assembly documentation

Harness and panel final testing

Creation of detailed assembly documentation for other Kraft assemblies

Production software downloading into various hardware

Assist shop technicians on electric drive and Power Unit testing

Electric motor tuning ( Vendor specific software tools )

Travel to customer’s location for system start up assistance and troubleshooting

Utilization of hydraulic data acquisition equipment ( in house and on customer’s equipment )

Learn and utilize various vendor software tools

Participate in vendor training

Basic hydraulic knowledge or willingness to learn

Battery technology ( Lead Acid, AGM, Lithium )

AutoCAD / Inventor or other 2D and 3D platforms
