Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and report national, regional, and local economic data, including employment, population, household income, and real estate trends
Identify and document industry trends and company-specific factors relevant to valuation
Gather, review, and analyze data used to support valuation conclusions, including financial statements, tax returns, sales contracts, partnership agreements, economic data, appraisals, comparable transactions, budgets, and forecasts
Support the preparation of detailed and summary valuation reports, delivered in both written and verbal formats
Assist in organizing findings into clear, defensible conclusions for client delivery
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including streamlining and automation of existing workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical fundamentals
Background in finance or accounting
Ability to collect, analyze, and report economic data
Ability to identify and document industry trends and company-specific factors relevant to valuation
Experience in gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data used to support valuation conclusions
Ability to support the preparation of detailed and summary valuation reports
Ability to assist in organizing findings into clear, defensible conclusions for client delivery
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including streamlining and automation of existing workflows
