Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, including developing financial models, analyzing variances, and monitoring performance metrics
Prepare financial statement packages and support month-end and quarter-end close processes with detailed variance analysis
Partner with teams from Sales, Operations, and IT to improve forecasting accuracy and ensure transparency of data
Create and manage Tableau dashboards and high-level reports to assist executive decision-making
Analyze inventory, fixed assets, and reserve accounts while ensuring accuracy of the general ledger
Assist with internal and external audits and maintain compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards where applicable
Present complex financial data through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Drive process improvements by automating reporting and streamlining workflows
Support mergers and acquisitions due diligence, scenario analysis, and other strategic projects
Other responsibilities might be assigned by upper management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or MBA is highly desirable
5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting roles
Strong understanding of US GAAP with exposure to IFRS considered an advantage
Proficient with ERP systems and financial planning software, especially SAP
Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau
Skilled in automating financial and operational reporting through Tableau or similar BI tools
Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills capable of influencing senior leadership
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to travel as needed (domestic or international)
This position includes manufacturing and office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision
Preferred
Familiarity with data extraction and transformation tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or Power Query is a plus
