Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans to nurture long-term relationships with clients and address their critical business challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the exceptional delivery of solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on profitable growth
Act as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, offering strategic insights and guidance
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account portfolio
Provide leadership and support to account managers and executives, ensuring they meet their objectives
Deliver client presentations and reports to showcase the value of our offerings
Regularly review and adjust account strategies in response to market dynamics and customer needs
Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals and fostering strong client relationships
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, effective communication abilities, and a history of driving business growth
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Preferred
An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Account Executive (CAE) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus
