Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategic Alignment: The SVP leads IT Product Management teams and collaborates with business leaders to align technology strategies with enterprise goals, ensuring delivery of customer engagement solutions driven by data, analytics, and AI. This role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to executives and fostering innovation and continuous improvement within IT leadership
Operational and Financial Oversight: Responsibilities include portfolio planning, budgeting (OPEX and CAPEX), resource planning, and governance, working closely with the VP of IT Planning & EPM and the IT PMO to manage execution and demand planning. The SVP also oversees project sequencing and feasibility through transparent trade-off analysis
Technology and Vendor Management: The role entails evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, including AI and automation, managing the technical planning and production support of customer engagement platforms, and establishing strategic partnerships with suppliers to drive innovation and operational excellence

Required

Over 25 years of experience in retail technology and customer analytics
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in Agile methodologies
Experience with product-centric delivery models
Proven track record of managing complex portfolios
Experience building high-performing teams
25+ years of experience defining, implementing, and supporting in-store frontend (POS) and operations Orchestration
Experience with Order and Inventory Management, digital marketing, multi-channel ecommerce, retail media network, and personalization and customer analytics solutions
Experience with software selection and strategic solution development
Broader retail ERP and ITIL experience essential to partnering and shaping long-term IT strategy and operating models
