New Grad, Entry LevelThe Worcester Red Sox are seeking a Graphics Operator to join their WooSox Productions Team. The role involves creating and updating graphics for television broadcasts and in-stadium shows, collaborating with directors and producers to gather necessary information, and ensuring a cohesive show presentation.

Responsibilities
Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the television broadcast
Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the in-stadium show
Work with director and producer to gather info on players, managers, upcoming promotions/events, and more for the various graphics and implement them into our package template
Customize the graphic templates and create game, player, and series-specific graphics as needed, both before and during games
Execute the show rundown, communicate with the director, show producer, etc. to produce a cohesive show that flows and tells a story
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Willingness to learn different positions related to WooSox Productions
Experience with Ross XPression or a similar graphics playout system (i.e. Chyron, VizRT)
Ability to write quality copy without spelling or punctuation errors
Knowledgeable about baseball statistics, the flow of the game, etc
Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and productions crew
Detail-oriented and organized
Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule
Ability work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers
