The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of three AR Accountants and overseeing the AR/billing process for the company.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects the AR function, leading a team of 3 AR Staff Accountants
Review and approve invoices (100 - 200 per week) to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with contract terms
Work closely with the sales team to review contracts and ensure customer billing is setup correctly
Reporting and dashboards that highlight cash flow, outstanding balances and collection trends
Ensure timely and accurate cash application of checks, ACH payment and credit card transactions
Assist with month-end close as needed

Qualification
Required
4+ years of AR experience
1+ year of management/leadership experience
Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with technology and data
Ability establish and maintain professional relationships with internally and externally
Enjoys building and improving processes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
