Responsibilities
Manage the customer renewal process for your book of business
Oversee the successful onboarding and implementation process for new projects, ensuring a fast ‘time-to-value’
Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and utilization of our solutions
Proactively monitor customer health metrics (usage data, hardware uptime, etc.) and intervene with targeted success plans for at-risk accounts
Ensure customers are leveraging the full capabilities of the solution to meet their needs
Educate customers on new product features and software releases, articulating business value of the enhancements
Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction, and align our solution’s capabilities with evolving customer needs
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors across the customer’s organization
Collaborate with marketing to develop customer success stories and referrals
Facilitate customer processes such as contract reviews (Ts&Cs) and software and hardware (if rental) renewals
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, presentation, and active listening
Strong problem solving skills: be able to proactively identify challenges and develop creative solutions before they become major issues
Proven track record of achieving high customer retention and satisfaction scores
Relationship builder: Build rapport and trust quickly with end-users and executive stakeholders
5-7 years experience in a client-facing role in a SaaS or technology environment
