Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative functions of the firm
Coordinate calendars, deadlines, vendors, and subscriptions
Assist with onboarding, internal processes, and firm events
Support document management and workflow systems (Clio, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office)
Manage website updates and firm announcements
Draft and schedule LinkedIn and other professional social media posts
Assist with newsletters, blog posts, and client alerts
Coordinate with outside marketing and design vendors
Prepare and issue subpoenas
Assist with mechanic’s lien filings and notices
Draft routine legal documents using firm templates
Track deadlines and organize case files
Assist with filings and document production
Maintain and improve document templates
Help streamline administrative and legal support workflows
Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
Reduce attorney administrative burden through better systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and reliability
Comfort working independently and taking ownership
Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
Preferred
Paralegal or legal assistant experience
Familiarity with Clio, NetDocuments, or similar platforms
Marketing or communications experience
